Chelsea Owens, daughter of lead singer David
Owens, proudly displays her artwork located via the gigantic billboard found on
Jeff Road across from Phillips Park near Huntsville, Alabama.
Chelsea was one of 20 winners selected from across Madison County and the only
winner from her respective school, Harvest Elementary.
Her artwork will also be on display in the Children’s Art Tent at Panoply of the
Arts to be held at Big Spring Park in Huntsville. Along with her winning entry
Chelsea will receive a ribbon and certificate at the festival!!
