Out Of The Grave
Tommy Swindle

Verse 1
As they lowered his body into the grave
They must have thought that Jesus had lost the race
But by sundown He had gone done to the darkest, lowest place
To win for me the victory, fighting Satan face to face.

Verse 2
He searched through hollow chambers of death
Where Lucifer himself goes into rest
One by one chains were undone of death, hell and the grave
Still He made it back for sunrise when the stone was rolled away.

Chorus
He was already out of the grave
Long before the stone was rolled away
While they wrapped linens around the shell
He was breaking the gates of hell
Down in the depths below, where no man dares to go
He was already out of grave.
