On September 24th 2004, The Midway Baptist Church Southern Gospel Choir sang on the front steps of Founder's Hall in Athens, along with The Gardners, New Ground, and The King's IV. This was the first event promoted by Founder's Hall Jubilee, organized by Jimmy Hill, director of the Midway Baptist Church choir.
